If you thought Halloween was just about pumpkins and witches, you’re wrong – it’s about Barbie games as well. There are already special Halloween Barbies on the market if you want to buy a new Barbie game in a great orange and black costume. Or you can play your own version of the Barbie games by putting Barbie in costumes of your own design.
The Mummy
Make Barbie a mummy by wrapping her from head to toe in strips of cloth or even toilet paper. Wrap the cloth or paper around each of her legs and then torso and then arms. Leave her a peep hole to see on her face, and do what you can to get her hair covered. Ta-da! Mummy Barbie!
The Ghost
Grab an old handkerchief, or cut a circle from an old white sheet. Cut two tiny holes for eyes and then drape the costume over Barbie’s head. In a matter of seconds, Barbie is dressed and ready to go – as a ghost.
The Witch
You can make a witch’s costume by using black cloth to cut a draping robe. You can even cut a circle out of black fabric, and then cut a head-hole. Poke Barbie’s head through the hole and let the rest of the fabric drape around her. Use black construction paper to make a fabulous witch’s hat to complete the ensemble.
