If there is anything to be said about Barbie, it’s that the girl is a classic. Barbie games have been around for decades and they aren’t going anywhere. In fact, many consider Barbie games to be better than ever.
When the Bratz hit the scene a few years ago, some worried about Barbie and how she would hold up. If anything, the Bratz made Barbie games even better. Barbie went for decades without any competition at all. Now, she has to compete with a younger, hipper crowd, so Barbie decided to up the ante and become a bit younger and hipper herself. If her new waistline and different hairstyles are any indication, Barbie is getting with the times.
Barbie has been dressing nicely in beautiful gowns and stylish gear for ages, and now it’s time to make that look a bit more youthful and energetic. Barbie’s friends are young and hip and so is she. With playhouses and pink convertibles, Barbie is still very much the girl she used to be, but with more options in those dream houses and new Barbie gear available, there is definitely life in the old girl yet!
